Founded in 1997 Elwierda Bus Services is one of the larger operators of buses in Namibia. The core of our business is to supply buses for educational institutions, sporting tours, conferences, social events and for chartered tours.

Our philosophy is to provide customers with a professional service and quality vehicles at affordable rates.

We pride ourselves with the fact that in the harsh operating conditions in our country, we have adapted our vehicles to ensure a pleasant trip to any destination.

To reach the scenic lodges and well known landmarks in Namibia, it requires you to travel on gravel roads. It is here where our buses will stand out from the pack! Dust and uncomfortable temperatures must be the number one priority on our list to ensure your comfort.

We special treat every possible dust hole, and CO² welded all our frames to ensure that you not only travel in comfort, but also minimize breaks when traveling on our gravel roads.

Our customers quickly realize that to compare a luxury coach of Europe, (fitted with a TV, CD player, toilet, bar, etc.) with our buses, will be an unfair comparison. These buses will not survive our harsh operating conditions.

We focused on the small but essential things on our buses. Replace all metal pipes with rubber pipes on our air conditioning units. Fit sliding windows for that once in a life time photo and fresh air. We also have a support structure driven by loyal suppliers to help if our well maintained vehicles must quckly be attended to..
